Vision Designs was founded in 2009. Since then I have been providing Excellent Customer Service as well as Quality Drafting at Affordable Prices. It is my #1 goal to make sure that every client has the best experience possible when working together on a project with Vision Designs.

Proudly serving Washington, Oregon and Beyond. Since we use the “International Building Codes” as our Drawing Standards, Our plans can be used Nation Wide and adopted to meet your Local Code Requirements.

It has been really busy this past few years. The current lead time to start a set of drawings is around 10 - 14 days. Thank You for your patients.

It is sometimes easier to E-mail any questions you might have. I have scheduled meetings daily and it can be difficult to answer phone calls.

About the Owner.   Josh Pachl

I have been Designing and Drafting since 1999. I started out working for an Architect before moving on to work for one of the largest Design Firms in the Vancouver area. After this 10 year run I decided to start my own Company, Vision Designs.

Having that experience gives me the Knowledge and Credibility to Assure Clients that my services are of the Highest Quality and Integrity. In the 16 years that I have been drafting, I had the opportunity to Design Award Winning Custom Homes and Remodels.

I have also worked with many of the Established Builders in the Portland / Vancouver area and continue to work with them through my new company, Vision Designs. I greatly value the Builders who have continued to work with me and my new company and look forward to working with new clients as well.

Vision Designs is a Licensed Company. Although not required in this field, I felt that it was an additional step to assure my clients that I have pride in my Company and take this type of work Seriously. It shows that Dedication and Longevity are a big part of my ideals for continuing the growth of Vision Designs.
